RENTAL AGREEMENT

Rental Payment

·         A reservation fee of $300 is due at the time of acceptance of this agreement.  Full payment for rental in the amount of                    will be made no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. If payment is not received, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Security Deposit

·         A credit card number must be given for all reservations to act as a security deposit. This credit card number will be charged to cover extra accommodation costs, loss or damage to the rental property in excess of normal wear and tear during the period of rental. Guests will be notified within 30 days of any charges made to the card.

·          The property should be left clean and undamaged. If the property is not left in a suitable condition, it may be necessary to charge the security deposit for costs to cover extra cleaning.

Rental Period and Occupancy

·         Check in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date. Check out time is 10am or earlier on the departure date. Early arrival or late departure times may be available, charges may be applicable.

·         The property may only be occupied by a maximum of 8 people.

·         It may be necessary for staff or agents of Global Marketing, Inc. to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.

Liability Limitations

·         Condo owners accept no responsibility or liability for loss of personal items while staying in the property, or after departure.

·         Parents must at all times, supervise children when using pool facilities and the facilities of the development.

·         Condo owners accept no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the rental property, After notification of equipment failure, Global Marketing Services, Inc. and or condo owners will rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:

·         4 weeks or more before arrival date = $50 administration fee

·         4 weeks or less before arrival date = $250.00 cancellation charge

·         3 weeks or less before arrival date = 50% of rental amount

·         2 weeks or less before arrival date = 100% of rental amount

Credit card information----- Must be completed by all guests.
